ACE: Adverse Childhood Experiences
ACE trainings teach participants about the effects of adverse childhood experiences on brain development and emphasizes the community’s role in promoting resilience in children and teens.

ASIST: Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training
ASIST is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognize when someone may be at risk of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety. Although ASIST is widely used by healthcare providers, participants don’t need any formal training to attend the workshop. ASIST can be learned and used by anyone.

Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is a one-day course that teaches participants how to help someone who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. The training helps you identify, understand and respond to signs of addiction and mental illness.

safeTALK: Suicide Alertness for Everyone
SafeTALK is a half-day training program that teaches participants to recognize and engage persons who might be having thoughts of suicide and to connect them with community resources trained in suicide intervention. SafeTALK stresses safety while challenging taboos that inhibit open talk about suicide.

Talk Saves Lives
Talk Saves Lives is a one-hour presentation that covers the general scope of suicide, the research on prevention, and what people can do to fight suicide. Attendees will learn the risk and warning signs of suicide, and how together, we can help prevent it.
